ABOUT ME
Vic Miranda is a sonic architect with a legacy rooted in analog circuitry and a vision tuned to tomorrow. From underground warehouses to digital frontiers, his evolution is shaped by sound, driven by instinct, and fueled by pure creative force.
His journey began in the early ’90s—where hip-house, acid house, and new-beat collided with attitude. Those early frequencies sparked a lifelong obsession with machines, rhythms, and the invisible threads that connect body to beat.
By 1996, Vic found Techno—and it found him. That moment rewired everything. What followed was a deep dive into the mechanics of emotion through sound: synthesizers, samplers, drum machines, and dancefloors became extensions of thought. Europe was the playground—Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal—the stage. Tokyo became a signal flare: Vic had gone global.
Festivals like MTV iDance, Nature One, and e-Lake featured his name. So did clubs across Berlin, Madrid, Paris, Prague, Barcelona, and beyond. With every set, Vic wasn’t just mixing tracks—he was transmitting states of mind.
In 2000, his first official release dropped on the e-lake compilation CD following by 12″ featuring his artist name on  Ekhoport, Cisco Ferreira’s (The Advent) imprint, and was quickly picked up by the iconic Palazzo Compilation mixed by DJ Rush. Collaborations followed: Danny Casseau, DJ CHICH, Cristian Varela, A.PAUL, Nari & Milani, High Spies, Luis Leite. Labels like Pornographic Recordings, BlackPitchMusic, Naked Lunch, DonkeyHead, became part of his constellation.
But Vic is more than a single signal—he’s multiple frequencies at once:
• Vic Miranda: pure Techno energy, distilled and driven.
• Victor Miranda: deep, housy warmth with emotional undercurrents.
• Love Echo (with Vicki Glass): dream pop and chillwave, cinematic and surreal.
• Aim Far (with Sara Moniz): a cloud trap duo floating in fractured beauty.
• Falling Sky: his chill trap moniker, haunting and harmonic.
As a curator, Vic launched stereOOxid (Techno) and shOO (House) to support emerging artists and future sounds.
His ethos? Always forward. Always human. Always exploring what music can be—not just what it has been.
